Layered Chocolate Mousse with Coffee Cream and Strawberries


  • 100g reduced fat ricotta cheese

  • 2 teaspoons coffee, cold

  • 120g strawberries, sliced

  • 70g tub Nestlé DIET Chocolate Mousse Dessert

  • 20g crunchy almond nougat, coarsely chopped

  • 2 pinches cinnamon


  • 1.

    Combine the ricotta and coffee. Spoon layers of the mixture and the strawberries into 2 serving glasses. Top with the Nestlé DIET Chocolate Mousse and sprinkle with the nougat and cinnamon.

This is much nicer if you layer the ricotta, strawberries and mousse twice, then add chopped nougat and cinnamon. It looks rather special too.
