Cool, tangy and fluffy...the lightest delight!
Combine crumbs, butter and sugar. Press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch square baking pan; chill.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in cranberry sauce.
Pour mixture over prepared crust. Cover and freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Cut into squares and garnish as desired.
Pinapple-Orange Variation: Omit cranberry sauce. Fold in 1 can (398 mL) well-drained crushed pineapple and 1 tsp (5 mL) grated orange rind.
