This is one of the easiest and tastiest recipes you could prepare with okra. Can even be prepared ahead and heated before serving.
Wash fresh Okra, keep in open air or sun to dry, and then cut to remove the head. If using frozen, no need for this step.
Mix all ingredients together in an oven dish. Cover with foil paper and place in 400F (200C) preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes.
Serve hot or warm with some Arabic bread or rice, or maybe with BBQ.
