Tuna rissoles


Easy to make tuna rissoles.

Serves 4

Ingredients

Method

  1. Boil and mash 4 large potatos mix with
  2. 2x 425gm tins of tuna in springwater,
  3. throw in one large diced onion and mix
  4. all ingredients. Put about half an inch of
  5. cooking oil in a deep frying pan and put
  6. on high. get a bowl of 4xwisked eggs and
  7. a bowl of breadcrumbs. Roll mixture into good size rissoles
  8. and roll in egg then breadcrumbs and place
  9. into th frying pan. Turn once golden brown
  10. on one side. Once cooked place on a large
  11. plate with paper towel and allow oil to drain.
  12. Serve with more mash potato and veges.

Notes & Tips

I always pour on heaps of either lemon juice or vinegar. Makes aprox 15 rissoles
