A BBQ sauce that has a slight cola flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (375mL) Coca Cola
  • 1 Cup tomato sauce
  • ¼ Cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 3 teaspoons garlic salt
  • Ground black pepper

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil over a medium heat.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer until reduced by half.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Can be used immediately or refrigerated in an airtight jar for a few months.
