Serves 4

Ingredients

  • Vanilla Bean Ice Cream – best you can afford or find
  • Ground Coffee – espressed or plunged – strong macchiato style
  • Frangelico
  • Almond biscotti – best you can find from a Mediterranean deli
  • Small bowls, 1 x shot glass for coffee, 1 x shot glass for frangelico
  • 1 x punnet strawberries

Method

  1. Espress 5 shots of coffee and pour into shot glasses.
  2. Pour out 5 shots of Frangelico into separate shot glasses
  3. Place 2 scoops Vanilla Bean Ice Cream into bowls
  4. Serve 1 ice cream bowl, 1 coffee shot, 1 Frangelico shot, 1 biscotti and 2 halved strawberries on to each plate.
