Smoked Salmon Marinated with Sesame Sauce and Soy Sauce

Rita’s second course recipe from week 3 of Come Dine With Me Australia.


  • 6 pieces of smoked salmon

  • 3 teaspoons soy sauce

  • 3 teaspoons sesame seed oil

  • 1 Spanish onion

  • Black pepper

  • Black caviar

  • Dill


  • 1.

    Use 6 pieces of smoked salmon, at one per plate. Drizzle half a teaspoon of soy sauce and sesame seed oil over each piece. (Cracked pepper is optional).

  • 2.

    Garnish with a ring of Spanish onion, dill and black caviar
