Caramelised Papaya and Crispy Jamon


Ingredients

  • 1 papaya
  • Thinly sliced jamon
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Halve the papaya and remove the seeds. Cut the papaya into wedges. Wrap the papaya wedges in the thinly sliced jamon, making sure all of the melon is covered. Drizzle olive oil over the outside while char-grilling on the bbq.
