In a pan, add the butter and brown sugar and slowly caramelise. Make a hole in the strawberries with the end of a fork and skewer with the vanilla beans. Add the strawberry skewers to the pan and flambé with a splash of whiskey.
Melt down the chocolate with oil olive, making sure to temper so it doesn’t get too hot.
Set the strawberry skewers on a serving tray then drizzle the melted chocolate to finish.
