Mango Sorbet


  • 4 Frozen Mango Cheeks

  • 4 Tbs Mascarpone Cheese

  • 1 Tbs Icing Sugar


  • 1.

    Dice the Mango cheeks into small pieces and put into a food processor.

  • 2.

    Add the Mascarpone and sugar and blend until the ice from the frozen mango breaks down.

  • 3.

    Serve atop fresh mango.

went to maitland food and wine festival today and miguel was there cooking and made this sorbet and he was great and the sorbet was pretty good as well. cant wait to go to his restaurant now. big fan
