Ingredients

  • 4 punnets of strawberries trimmed and chopped
  • 1 kilo of kiwi fruit peeled and sliced
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1 cup of sugar

Method

  1. Heat butter and stir strawberries and kiwi fruit and sugar into a runny sauce and serve on top of ice cream
