Red Jewelled Snow and Biscotti

Trudi’s dessert recipe from Come Dine With Me Australia, series 1.


  • 2 Pomegranates

  • 30 ml Thickened Cream

  • Store bought Meringue


  • 1.

    De-seed Pomegranates by hitting the back of the fruit so the red jewelled seeds fall out. Put aside.

  • 2.

    Whip thickened cream and put in fridge.

  • 3.

    When serving, crumble meringue through whipped cream, spoon into bowls and crumble more meringue over the top and decorate with pomegranate seeds. Serve with Biscotti.
