Trudi’s Infamous Long Island Ice Tea

Trudi's starter recipe from Come Dine With Me Australia, series 1.

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 15ml vodka
  • 15ml bacardi
  • 15ml tequila
  • 15ml gin
  • 10ml cointreau
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • Coca cola
  • Mint

Method

  1. Combine 15mls each of Vodka, Bacardi, Tequila, Gin and Lemon Juice and 10ml of Cointreau prior to guests arrival and put into glasses. As guests arrive, top with Cola, ice and garnish with mint.
