Lemon Cheesecake Balls


A variation on the classic Choc Balls!

Serves 28

Ingredients

  • 125gm philly cream cheese, softened
  • 150gm marie biscuits, crushed
  • ½ cup condensed milk (or ½ x 400gm tin.)
  • 3 tablespoons dessicated coconut
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • Extra coconut for rolling.

Method

  1. Beat together cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth.
  2. Add coconut, crushed biscuits and lemon zest, mix well.
  3. Roll into walnut sized balls and roll in extra coconut.
  4. Chill until firm.

Notes & Tips

You can leave out the lemon for more of a 'cheesecake' flavour.
