Made this for dessert tonight & it was delicious but sooo rich!! Next time I'll use different biscuits than the gingernuts as the ginger flavour was a bit strong. You're a legend Julie, I'd love to attend a dinner party with you there!! Happy cooking.

thanks Julie.. you made the show for me... I just cooked the mushrooms and they were delicious and my cheese cake martinis are in the fridge right now!!!

I'm ditching Weight Watchers to try this one lol. Though instead of ginger biscuits I'll use Nice instead.

why didnt u just add more butter to the biscuit base when it failed, hahaha i was yelling at the TV MORE BUTTER COME ON!!!! its not that hard to figure out flipper!!!! x
