Recipe by Peter Evans from Short Orders
1 BBQ chicken bone Roast yourself or buy cooked
2 Garlic Cloves crushed
1 cup Yoghurt Kangaroo Island Sheep’s milk yoghurt is good
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
Mix all the ingredients except the chicken together to form a sauce.
Pour over the chicken.
Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Other Whites are the best wines to pair with BBQ Chicken with Greek Style Sauce.
