Makes 1 litre
240ml Jamaican Rum (Coruba works well)
120ml Lemon Juice
90ml Sugar Syrup
240ml Cloudy Apple Juice
120ml Guava Juice
10 Dashes Bitters
Add all ingredients to Carafe with ice and stir well
Garnish: Mint Sprig, Orange Slice & Maraschino Cherry:
Riesling, Pinot Noir and Rose are the best wines to pair with Fish House Punch.
