Rum and Coke Ribs

cooked the ribs on a carcoal fire. OMG so delish I went to heaven

OMG, this is fabulous! I used JD instead of rum (all I had in the cupboard) and it was fabulous. Thanks Pete - this is one for the favourites folder.

Also, I meant to add that I used Malibu so they had a slight coconut flavour - really nice.

Lip smacking good! Will be making this again.

havn this for Christmas dinner - I know it sounds weird but thats what the whole family has decided!!!! I'm happy, its easy. Also doing a couple of the cocktails that were on the TV programme that go with them. Yum, yum :-)

What is the best rum to use? Bundy, Captain Morgan, White rum?

Tried this with Scotch and although it worked the rum was much better. I found Bundy Rum to be the best for this receipe.

I used the recipe without alcohol and it was delicious. Drank the rum instead.

I used pepsi instead, didn't use rum and it still turned out good. It was delicious!

what kind of rum did people use ? bundy or something different

i discovered this recipe on the christmas special on fox....my other half thought it was easy enough to make and wow !! it was sooooooo delicious!! we made it twice! once for christmas eve..and then christmas dinner ... awesome recipe
