Sometimes I have craving for vegetables, just cook them in the simplest way and bring out its best taste!!
Cut up mushroom in slices; break up broccoli and round beans in bitable sizes.
Crush garlic, oregano and basil
Heat a pan, pour in some oil, garlic in the pan first to bring out its flavour, then mushroom, broccoli and round beans, stir fry for about 5 minutes until all vegetables are cooked through but still crunchy.
Drop in the oregano and basil, season with salt pepper.
Serve up and enjoy!!
