Scrambled eggs for kids
Crack eggs into bowl.
Whisk with dash of milk.
Add in basil & pinch of salt.
Cook in medium heat pan until eggs congealing, milk evaporating, stir frequently.
Once cooked, add in one third of the grated cheese and whisk for 1 minute.
Plate up and pile the cheese on the eggs! The hairier, the better!
Garnish with finely chopped basil.
Add peas, or grated zuchinni (corgettes)/carrots for extra nutrition.
A quick, easy meal that the kids love!
If you really want to make it different, add a couple of drops of food colouring and see what happens...
