Thai Coconut Rice


A Traditional Thai Favorite

Serves 2 to 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup well-rinse harvest jasmine rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 5 slices peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp. salt

Method

  1. Bring To Boil Water, Coconut Milk, Ginger Slices, And Salt. Add Rice,
  2. Cover And Reduce Heat. Simmer For 20 Minutes. Remove From Heat And Let
  3. Stand For An Additional 7 Minutes. Fluff With A Fork.
