Cheap, Quick & easy. Use the left over Vegetables from the night before if you like.
1/4 Cup Chopped White Onion
1 Tbs. Chopped Fresh Garlic
350g. Fresh, Frozen Or Left over Mixed Vegetables
3 Tbs. Vegetable Oil Or Butter 1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbs.(Palm) Sugar or Brown Sugar (Optional)
3 Tbs. Oyster Sauce Or Fish Sauce
2 Cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
Brown Onion And Garlic In Oil Or Butter. Add Remaining Ingredients And
Simmer For 10-15 Minutes.
Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir are the best wines to pair with Thai Fried Rice With Vegetables.
