Thai Fried Rice With Vegetables

Cheap, Quick & easy. Use the left over Vegetables from the night before if you like.


  • 1/4 cup chopped white onion

  • 1 tbs. chopped fresh garlic

  • 350g. fresh, frozen or left over mixed vegetables

  • 3 tbs. vegetable oil or butter 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

  • 1 tbs.(palm) sugar or brown sugar (optional)

  • 3 tbs. oyster sauce or fish sauce

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice


  • 1.

    Brown Onion And Garlic In Oil Or Butter. Add Remaining Ingredients And

    Simmer For 10-15 Minutes.
