Thai Green Curry With Basil

Quick easy Thai use Chicken,Fish or Vegetables.


  • 1 400g. can coconut milk

  • 1 to 4 tbs. green curry paste (4 tbs. is spicy)

  • 1 cup chicken stock

  • 2/3 tbs. fish sauce

  • 2 tbs. (palm) sugar or brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped (do not substitute dried)

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen peas

  • 1/3 cup or 225g can sliced bamboo shoots, rinsed and drained

  • 350g.white meat chicken, fish or assorted vegetables

  • fresh cilantro or garnish


  • 1.

    Bring To Boil can of Coconut Milk, Curry Paste, Stock, Fish Sauce, Sugar And

  • 2.

    Basil. Simmer 15 Minutes. Add Remaining Ingredients, Including Remaining

  • 3.

    Coconut Milk. Simmer 10 Minutes. Garnish With Cilantro.


Serve with
Jasmine Or Other Rice.
