A simple and delicious cake when you have mulberries in season.
Cream the sugar with butter and vanilla and add the eggs one at a time and continue beating
Fold in flour
Pour mix into prepared 20 cm cake tin
Spread berries evenly over the top
Bake in hot oven 180C for 45-50 minutes
Dust with icing sugar and serve with crème fraishe
You can also serve this with vanilla ice cream and it can be mase with any berries you like.
