(you can click on the 'edit' recipe at the top of the recipe banner - it's in an orange box - you can then fix up the prep & cooking times ;-) we all edit our recipes!!)

lol - and the cooking time is 15 hours... bet that fish just falls right apart after that long! Do you make your own red curry paste, or buy the packaged variety Bianca?

I made a very basic version of this tonight, using red emperor fillets but used coconut milk instead of the cream. Delicious! Thanks for the recipe :-)
