Baileys Espresso Chill


Ingredients

  • 50ml of baileys
  • A double espresso coffee, allowed to cool
  • 50 ml cold milk
  • Cup of crushed ice

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Serve in a tall slim glass. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
