A very simple and healthy party dish.


  • Fresh Olive Oil (Australian Extra Virgin)

  • Murray River Salt (or quality Sea Salt)

  • Dukkah Spice Mix

  • A selection of sliced fresh vegetables:

  • Fennel

  • Capsicums (red and green)

  • Celery

  • Cucumber

  • Radishes


  • 1.

    First slice your favourite fresh veggies and arrange them on a share platter.

  • 2.

    Then let your guests (or just yourself!) dip them first into the olive oil, and then into the Murray River salt.

  • 3.

    A tasty and wholesome snack.

  • 4.

    For extra bite, try dipping into olive oil, then into a spicy Dukkah Mix.

  • 5.

    Just Delicious!
