Egg in a boat

This recipe uses an egg, a slice of round processed ham, cheese, and any topping you desire.
It can be eaten hot as a quick meaL or cold and is great on picnics or school lunches.
A short time in a microwave and away you go.


Eat hot with a bit of toast or cool and take for lunch.
Can also be sliced into 4 and put out with salads at a BBQ.
Do as many as you need to feed
