Beef Hamburgers - The Best Pattie ever


Add what you want to the bun - here is the best beef pattie ever!

Serves 4

Ingredients

Method

  1. Process all ingredients except the mince and olive oil.
  2. It should not be mush.
  3. Add this mixture to 2 kg beef and mix with hands
  4. Shape into patties (approx 300 grams each)
  5. In a frypan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Try adding a little tiny bit of the meat to the oil - if it sizzles, it is ready to cook the patties.
  6. Add the patties - a couple at a time - not too many andcook on med-high until it is brown on one side. Turn and cook the other side until your desire!
  7. Add to you bun with whatever you want!

    I like this recipe, sounds really delicious..I dont like fast food hamburgers, Homemade ones are totally better.. I should try those some day, I might add to it little mayb steak sauce, just alittle.. REALLY nice thanks dear for sharing!
