Add what you want to the bun - here is the best beef pattie ever!
Process all ingredients except the mince and olive oil.
It should not be mush.
Add this mixture to 2 kg beef and mix with hands
Shape into patties (approx 300 grams each)
In a frypan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Try adding a little tiny bit of the meat to the oil - if it sizzles, it is ready to cook the patties.
Add the patties - a couple at a time - not too many andcook on med-high until it is brown on one side. Turn and cook the other side until your desire!
Add to you bun with whatever you want!
