French Toast



  • 1.

    Place your non-stick frying pan on the stove top and turn to a moderate heat; melt a small amount of butter or margarine in the pan.

  • 2.

    Place all the ingredients except the bread in a small bowl, and whip the mix together with a fork.

  • 3.

    Using your tongs, dip a slice of bread into the egg mix, coating both sides, then place the bread in the pan; fry quickly in the melted butter or margarine, turning once. Use the tongs to remove it from the pan and it’s ready to serve.
