Mini Fruit Kebabs with Yoghurt Dipping Sauce

You can use any fruit for these little skewers as long as it will stay on a stick! Try banana slices, pineapple pieces or mandarin segments. This is a great recipe to get your children and their friends into the kitchen, making up their own healthy snack.


  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced

  • 16 strawberries, washed, hulled and halved

  • 8 apricot slices in natural juice, drained and halved

  • 1 cup natural yoghurt or natural fromage frais


  • 1.

    Thread fruit onto small cocktail sticks or onto halved bamboo skewers, alternating the fruit varieties, so that each stick has one of each.

  • 2.

    Serve with a bowl of yoghurt or fromage frais to dip the “kebabs” into.
