Dice potato, zucchini & carrots. Drop potatoes & carrots in boiling water for 2 minutes, add zucchini for 1 minute. Remove from heat and run under cold water then drain & cool.
Saute onions in oil with vegies. Stir in tahini, tamari, garam marsala, cumin & crushed garlic. Add lentils and salt & pepper to taste.
Line a pie dish with pastry. Pour vegetables in and top with a very thin layer of pasty. Pierce top of pie with a fork.
Bake in a moderate oven until the pastry is golden brown.
