Anna's best leg of lamb recipe ....
Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and then cover the lamb in marinate.
Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight is best.
Scrape back marinade (reserving marinade) then char both sides of the lamb on a hot BBQ grill.
Put marinade back on lamb and finish in hot 250 deg oven for approx 20 mins for a pink / medium result.
Cooking time will depend on thickness of leg and how well cooked you like it.
Rest for a few minutes then slice and serve.
Greek garden Salad:
Toss all together and dress with extra virgin olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
