Jamon, Smoked Octopus and Piquillo Salad - Spanish deli salad

The Best Tapas Plate .....

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients

  • 100g jamon, thinly sliced
  • 100g smoked octopus (can use pickled), chopped
  • 50g semi dried olives
  • 2 Tbs piquillo peppers, sliced
  • 1 handful rocket
  • Small Spanish onion finely sliced
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • De soto sherry vinegar

Method

  1. Toss all salad ingredients together and dress with olive oil and sherry vinegar.
