Garlic Prawns

I love these prawns served on a thick barbequed steak.......mmmm but they are great on their own too. Try adding a 1/2 cup of light cream and a squeeze of lemon juice while they are simmering over a low heat and serve over pasta for an easy but elegant meal.



  • 1.

    Peel and devein the prawns (or get someone else to do it for you :) )

  • 2.

    In a mixing bowl mix most of the parsley and garlic and prawns, and season lightly.

  • 3.

    Heat oil in a pan over med high heat and cook your prawns on both sides until they curl up, this doesn't take long and you don't want to over cook them.

  • 4.

    Sprinkle over remaining parsely and serve!


Add dried chilli flakes in step 2 if you like it hot!
