Initially this recipe looks complicated - truely it is not - once cooked it will become easier to cook. The dash of vinegar at the last moment into the gravy is an initerestinig additional ingrediiant - I believe it possibly counteracts the sweetness of the onions and sugar in this recipe - I would love your comments please.
