With a food processor, chop garlic & process until quite fine.
Add to processor the brown sugar, mustard seeds, cayenne pepper & oilive oil - blend until well incorporated.
Stir the salt into the mixture
Spread evenly over the steaks & refrigerate while you wait for the BBQ grill to heat up.
Cook steaks 4 - 7 minutes each side to your liking & serve immediatley with green salad & Bacon & Avocado Potatoes.
For the potatoes:
Wash potatoes clean if necessary & using a fork, peirce skins 8 - 10 times.
Place potatoes on outer edge of microwave turntable, spacing evenly & cook for 6 minutes on High (100%) power. Turn potatoes over & cook a further 4-5 minutes until cooked through & reasonably soft. Wrap each one in foil to keep warm.
Dice bacon & panfry until crisp. Dice & then mash avocado with sour cream.
Add bacon & chives & mix well.
Cut an "X" into top of spud & give them a gentle squeeze to open them out. Top with the bacon & avocado mixture. Serve & enjoy!
