Princess Slice


Princess Slice

Everything a little Princess likes - jelly beans, marshmallows and sprinkles. A white chocolate slice filled with goodies.

Ingredients

  • ½ can sweetened condensed milk
  • 80 g butter
  • 190 g white chocolate, chopped coarsely
  • 125 g milk arrowroot
  • 200 g pkt jelly beans
  • ½ Cup mallow bakes (mini marshmallows)
  • Sprinkles

Method

  1. Grease an 18 cm * 28 cm slice tray; line base with baking paper.
  2. Stir condensed milk and butter in small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat; add chocolate, stir until smooth.
  4. Break biscuits into small pieces; place in a large bowl with jellybeans and marshmallows.
  5. Stir in chocolate mixture.
  6. Spread mixture into pan and sprinkle with coloured sprinkles.
  7. Refrigerate about 3 hours or overnight until firm.

Notes & Tips

If mallow bakes not available simply chop up regular marshmallows. Refrigeration makes the lollies very hard - getting the slice back out of the fridge a short while before serving makes it a little softer.
