A fritata-type slice of potato and veges.
Preheat oven to 200C.
Grease and flour a cm slice tin.
Peel the carrot and potato. Grate carrot and zucchini and potato. Finely shred the cabbage.
Roughly chop bacon and parsley.
Heat oil in a frypan over medium high heat and pan-fry the bacon.
Place all ingredients except the extra cheddar in a large bowl and combine.
Pour into the prepared slice tin and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden and firm.
My daughter named this recipe - because it was a bit like a hash brown she thought it should be called 'hashie'. It's a great way to hide some veges!
** Salami, ham or pancetta can be substituted for bacon

Everyone has a view of the fashion. I remember someone once said fashion is the beautiful things that can make us happy. We want to buy beautiful cloth, we start to polish our nails with different colors and we purchase the good quality things in our eyes. Exactly, beautiful things can make us happy, and the fashion is different in our eyes. Someone may love the dresses in LunaDress.co.uk, others prefer to purchase from the local websites , in fashion. In a word, everyone is right, Everyone's understanding of fashion is not the same. All you have to do is to choose the things can make you have a happy mood that is fashion.
