Fast and easy to make. Tastes like nothing else you ever tasted!
Whiz the biscuits in a food processor until they look like fine breadcrumbs. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the butter. Mix thoroughly, then spoon into a round baking tin. Press down firmly with the back of a wooden spoon. Chill for 10 min.
Place the chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Turn off heat and leave to melt. Stir until smooth, leave to cool. In a bowl or food processor, beat together cream cheese, sugar, mascarpone and creme fraiche. Add the cooled chocolate and beat until smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture on top of the biscuit base. Smooth out and place in the fridge to set over night. Take out of fridge 20 min before serving.
Go wild with decorations, use any type of berry to put on top of the cake.
