To make burger patties-Lightly fry onion and garlic in oil until translucent.
Add rosemary, thyme and oregano to the onion mix and allow to cook for a few minutes more.
Put all other ingredients for the patties into big bowl and mix till well combined.
Make burger patties into desired size for buns
Fry burger in lightly oiled pan until browned on one side, turn over to brown other side and top cooked side with cheese. This will cook the burger through and melt cheese also, note you can finish under the grill if desired.
Serve on grilled bun with chutney, aioli, rocket and chips
