1/4 cup barley flakes (found at health or bulk stores)
2 Tbsp unsalted pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/3 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups yogurt
2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 small apple, peeled and coarsely grated
1 small banana, diced
1 cup diced strawberries
Method
Preheat oven to 350F (180C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Measure oats, almonds, wheat germ and barley flakes onto prepared tray and stir to mix. Toast for 12 minutes, stirring once and cool.
Pour cooled mixture into a medium bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
