This is a really simple recipe for chocolate shortbread that will be great to help you get the children cooking in the kitchen.
Preheat oven to 180C.
Rub flour, cocoa and butter together with your fingers.
Add sugar and massage to make a dough.
Wrap dough in plastic and place in fridge to rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out dough onto a lightly floured benchtop.
Using a cookie cutter cut dough into shapes.
Dust lightly with caster sugar and bake for 20 minutes.
