Delicious, creamy rice pud, this is one of my specialties that everyone enjoys.
Boil rice till soft then put aside.
Bring Milk to the boil
Add boiled rice to milk
Stir in custard mix ( continue to stir till it thickens slightly)
Take off the heat and stir in condensed milk.
Pour into bowls.
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Eat warm or cold
Dont cover until it goes to room temp. Will keep for a week.
