Easy Pasta with Pumpkin and Sage


This great simple pasta recipe can be served hot for a delicious family dinner or cold as a pasta salad at a barbecue.

Serves 4

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cook penne according to packet instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Roast pumpkin in a preheated oven for ½ an hour or until cooked.
  3. Melt butter in a small saucepan, then add the sage leaves and cook until the leaves are crispy and the butter has turned a gentle nut brown colour.
  4. Combine the pasta, pumpkin, sage and butter and mix to combine.
