Prawn and Bacon Risoni

Sauteed Prawns and Bacon with Cherry Tomato and Risoni Pasta



  • 1.

    Bring a pot of salted water to the boil

  • 2.

    Add Risoni pasta & cook for 8 minutes

  • 3.

    Strain & set aside

  • 4.

    Heat oil in pan

  • 5.

    Add Bacon & cook till a light crisp (Mushroom)

  • 6.

    Add Onions & Garlic & cook till onions are soft

  • 7.

    Add Prawns & cook till they turn white (Avocado)

  • 8.

    Add the Cherry Tomatoes & Parsley

  • 9.

    Then add the Risoni Pasta

  • 10.

    Season to taste

  • 11.

    Garnish with Shaved Parmesan

  • 12.



Don't add olive oil to the risoni after its cooked (so it dosn't stick together)
It won't stick, the oil will make it extra oily!
