BBQ Pork Ribs

BBQ PORK RIBS What more could you Ask For :)

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 rack or half rack of pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 pods garlic, pressed
  • 1 tbs. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup bbq sauce of your choice (i use hickory smoke)

Method

  1. Mix brown sugar, liquid smoke, garlic, salt, pepper and cajun seasoning, rub on pork ribs, let sit for 1-3 hours.
  2. Grill, baste with ample amount of bbq sauce.

Serve With Chips or Full Boiled / Backed Potato and a side salad if you would like...

    Just looking at the picture of your Barbeque Pork Ribs creates mouthwatering - I would certainly try it. Since I am just a beginner in cooking area, I don't know what is liquid smoke, could you please explain it. Thanks.

      well the best thing to come out of u.s.a. ! as it says liquid with natural hickory flavor. you can buy here in aus from u.s.a. foods melbourne

    3 Tbs - that's a lot of liquid smoke! Don't wanna offend your tastebuds but is that right?
