Easy Christmas Shortbread

This simple recipe is great as a little Christmas gift for friends or cut into the shape of stars and hang on the Christmas tree.



  • 1.

    Combine dry ingredients.

  • 2.

    Add melted butter and stir to combine.

  • 3.

    Pour into an ungreased slice tin.

  • 4.

    Bake at 180C for 30 minutes.

  • 5.

    Remove from oven, cut into approximately 24 squares, sprinkle with caster sugar and prick each square with a fork.

  • 6.

    Turn oven down to 160C. Cook for another 15 minutes.

  • 7.

    Remove from oven and allow to cool.
