This is so simple, but so delicious as a simple canape. Make sure you buy the best ingredients (there are only a few and it's worth the splurge!)

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1 ball buffallo mozzarella
  • 12 slices prosciutto, each piece torn in half length-ways
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Tear the buffalo mozzarella into bite-size pieces.
  2. Wrap each piece in some proscuitto.
  3. Just before serving drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
