Peas with mint and garlic butter


  • 1 kg pkt frozen peas

  • 20g butter, chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 1/3 cup small fresh mint leaves


  • 1.

    Cook the peas, drain and return to dry saucepan, add butter and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Gently toss before serving sprinkled with fresh mint leaves.
